Liz is likely the first smiling face you will meet when entering the Elevate Rapid City building. As Operations Director, Liz makes sure every team member has what they need to successfully do their job and is the guru of employee relations. She coordinates the entire hiring process from job posting to onboarding.  

Born and raised in Rapid City, Liz graduated from the University of South Dakota with a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a focus in HR Management. When she is not assisting current staff or making new employees feel at home, Liz is spending time with her husband Tyler kayaking, taking in some live music or enjoying a cold beer at a local brewery.
